Refunds and cancellation
Cancel renewal
Cancel through Manage subscription in your account or Paddle’s customer portal. If you need help, contact account@steamdream.space or visit https://paddle.net. Cancellation prevents future renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid another charge.
14-day first-payment refund
Request a full refund of your first SteamDream subscription payment within 14 days of initial purchase. There is no playtime limit. Send your purchase email and transaction reference to account@steamdream.space or Paddle support. Do not send passwords or full card details. This additional refund promise does not limit statutory withdrawal, conformity or other mandatory rights.
Renewals and refunded access
The additional first-payment promise does not automatically apply afresh to each renewal. Statutory rights and remedies still apply. Where a payment is fully refunded, the access purchased with that payment may end; an independent valid playtest invitation is treated separately. Refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where applicable. We do not promise a bank-processing time that we cannot control.
Withdrawal rights
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, the usual period is 14 days from conclusion of the relevant contract. You may exercise it by a clear statement before the deadline; no special wording is required. Downloading the game or signing in alone is not treated as a waiver. Any legally permitted exception or loss of rights must satisfy the applicable conditions and be disclosed and agreed through checkout. This draft does not request such a waiver.
